Issue/Introduction
IXP fails to bring back logs for a job if the logs are on a NAS drive.
Environment
Release : 11.5
Component : CA Workload Automation System Agent
Resolution
The files to be accessed are on a NAS drive with restricted access.
Both root and the job owner need full access to the drive and files / subdirectories.
