UIM Alerts are forwarding to Spectrum via Spectrum gateway Probe. Spectrum is asserting the UIM Events/Alarms on the wrong model.

NimsoftAdminMh/0x6330011 attribute on the 'UIM Manager' model did not have the model_handle of the UIMEventAdmin model.
