Issue/Introduction

Admin Console logons fails with the errors below

Cause

This issue is seen when the wasp settings to Override the NIS credential is suspect

Environment

Release : 9.2.0, 20.3

Component : UIM - UMP_ADMINCONSOLE2

Resolution

1. Backup the wasp.cfg on the Primary Hub

2. Delete the db_username and db_password keys if present in the wasp.cfg Setup section
