Uproc/job group not getting submitted under another submission account

Issue/Introduction

Getting error when submitting a group uproc using another submission account. One submission account works. This is just the start of a session, and the CLINT script only does, sleep, and exit.

Cause

Rights not properly defined

Resolution

Going through the log files, we did encounter this:

| 2021-10-15 12:26:10 |WARN |X|DQL|pid=38404380.1| o_dqm_is_user_allowed | jdamgr forbidden (non-privileged mode)

We would say that it's an issue with the rights.

 

There is a procedure to make sure that the rights are properly defined: bin/uxrights

If you execute it without argument, you will see the possible options. 

 

Usually customers use the command

 ./uxrights -m grant
