'Mail To' action blocked by cross-site protection (MUX)

Unable to send emails from a Channel send email action. In the Classic UI, there is an email icon (mailto:) where you can left or right-click to email. In the Modern User Experience (MUX/UX), a channel with a portlet is used, but the left-click does not work. Right-click does work as a workaround but it should be consistent with the Classic UI

Error when left-click is used: This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.


  1. Go to the Modern User Experience (UX) and configure a channel in the blueprint
  2. In the channel, configure the URL http://clarity/niku/nu#action:personal.notificationList&filterType=SCHEDULER_TYPE
  3. Open the object instance
  4. Go to the channel
  5. Left-click on the send mail icon and notice a cross-site protection error 

Expected Results: Should open a window to compose an email. 

Actual Results: Receiving error "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue". 


This is caused by DE62903


This is fixed in Clarity 16.0.0

Workaround: Right-click on the email icon and choose to open on another window
