Assignments REST API not showing in the Describe page

Issue/Introduction

Some top level APIs, such as ".../ppm/rest/v1/assignments", that are not part of the Private REST APIs, are expected to show up in the Describe page (Swagger).

Resolution

This issue should be reported as an Enhancement to Product Management : Enhancement Requests for Clarity
