AWS Data Not Viewable in the Operator Console Metric Viewer in 20.3.3

Issue/Introduction

None of the metrics are able to be plotted in the metric viewer. However, If I go into the SLM or DB and do a query I can see metrics are being collected for the different AWS QOS.

If for example I want to see QOS_AWS_CPU_UTILIZATION and create a view in the metric viewer none of the AWS instances have this for a choice. They don't have ANY qos as a choice its just blank in the metric viewer

Environment

Release : 20.3.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - METRIC VIEWER

Resolution

Tested with Firefox and saw the AWS metrics.

Permanent solution was to switch to using HTTPS for the OC.
