Question about hexpenv

Issue/Introduction

When using hexpenv if we use the -eug option will that clobber any existing user groups in the target project that have the same name, or would the usernames just be appended to the existing user group in the target project.

When you execute himpenv to import the project that was previously exported with hexpenv the two details to know:

If a project with the same name already exists in the target database, the project will be imported with a default project name.

If a user group with the same name already exists in the target database, the user group is untouched, including any membership in that group that previously existed.
