Timezone Format Plus vs Minus

Issue/Introduction

 

Minor issue with the timezones for a site - this is on 21.2.4.  

When it says "UTC-06:00" it also say "GMT+6"  - it also says GMT-6 where it says UTC+06:00

(UTC-06:00) GMT+6 (GMT-06:00)

There is no difference between UTC and GMT so it should not show plus or minus values for GMT and UTC
