Issue/Introduction

LDAP - Synchronize New and Changed Usersjob is failing with error below

ERROR: directory.LDAPAddModifySyncAgent com.niku.security.directory.DirectoryServiceException: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 8009030C: LdapErr: DSID-0C090447, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 533, v3839#REPLACED INVALID CHAR SEQUENCE#

Release : All supported releases

 

Cause

The username in the NSA that was used for accessing LDAP server was locked

Resolution

After reactivating the username, the LDAP job completed successfully.
