UIM - Move/Migrate the Operator Console (OC) to a new server

Issue/Introduction

I would like to move/migrate my existing Operator Console installation to a new server.   (For example, to a new VM, or new hardware, or a different Operating System/Version)

What is the best way to accomplish this?

Resolution

Instead of "moving" the installation, it is better to deploy a second node, then decommission the first node.

The process for deploying additional nodes is described in the documentation for "Configure Multiple Operator Console Servers", below is a high-level summary of the steps:

1. Install a robot on the new server and prepare it for Operator Console installation as described in the above documentation.
2. On the primary hub, locate and run the Operator Console installer
3. When prompted by the installer, choose the new robot as the destination
4. Once the installation completes, you will now have two Operator Console "nodes" - one at the old robot and one at the new robot.
5. Verify that the new installation is working, and then delete/decommission the old robot.
