Operator Console gives 404 error on SLM console

Issue/Introduction

SLM console is not opening and giving HTTP Status 404 - Not Found error

Release : 20.3.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - SLM/SLA

Cause

-Corrupted package

Resolution

Manually deploy ump_slm.zip from archive to operator console to resolve the issue.
