OI Not Showing Performance Metrics

Issue/Introduction

DX OI is not showing Performance Metrics.  The integration appears to be working fine.  In the "config.xml" file on the CAPM Connector server we can see that the "CA Metric Configuration" section nothing is commented out.  

All other aspects of the connector seem to be working fine.

Customer opened up port 9092 in the firewall and started seen the metrics.
