Issue/Introduction

What is the default inactive session time out on the clients is it configurable.

for both WebClient and DesktopClient.

Resolution

We don't have any configurable parameters for session timeout in the Desktop client.

If the Web Client login session is idle for 20 minutes, an alert message is displayed. Click OK to continue with the session. Otherwise, the session gets timed out after 5 minutes.

Settings are in <webclient>\apache-tomcat\webapps\deui\common\scripts\config.js
