定義ダウンロードエラーについて

Issue/Introduction

SEPM 14.2 RU2 MP1を使用していますが、本日、定義ダウンロードに失敗しました。LUAサーバを再起動して再実行しても失敗しています。

ログをみたところ、下記の定義がダウンロードできないようでした。

Environment

Release : 14.2.2_MP1

Resolution

ログファイルlua-application.logでは10回のダウンロードが実行されており、ダウンロード自身は成功していますが、最終的に例外 "Download of update not completed" が発生していました。

このエラーについては、再起動して実行しても失敗する状況と、複数回のダウンロードで同じ問題となっていますのでSymantecのLiveUpdate サーバーにアップロードされたファイルと管理ファイルなどの不整合が発生していたと考えられます。
