Issue/Introduction

WCC dashboard shows the following info:

- Servers: Connection failed E180011 login failed using user=autosys password=<hidden>

 

Validated that the autosys user is correct in the password field and can log onto the AutoSys machine directly as the autosys user.

Logged into EEM and the autosys user account is locked

 

Environment

Release : 11.4 SP7

Component : WCC/EEM

Resolution

Logged into EEM as the EiamAdmin user. Did a search of the autosys user that is being used in the Monitor ID field. The autosys account was suspended. Clicked off the checkbox next to Suspended. Clicked on the Save button.
