DISK - GDG base entry is not recognized properly if DSN=/ used in IXMAINT

Issue/Introduction

During IXMAINT, some uncataloged data sets sharing a GDG base name       
may be treated as cataloged since the GDG base is cataloged when a          
pattern is used in DSN=.                                                 
                                                                         
DSNINDEX records will be processed incorrectly for expiration. 

Environment

Release : Disk Backup and Restore 12.5

Resolution

Either APPLY the APAR LU03068 to correct this problem or specify the data set name without a using a pattern as a circumvention.
