Debugging to troubleshoot PDF export-related issues for Roadmaps
The following Debug categories can be added to the log configuration screen (/niku/nu#action:security.loggerConfig) with debug in the priority column, and the following as part of the category's column:
Log in to Classic Clarity and change the URL after action: to security.logs
Example: SERVERNAME:PORT/niku/nu#action:security.logs (Alternatively, go to Logs in CSA)
Go to Logs –> Edit Configuration and add the following Categories:
Repeat the above steps for each additional server in the server drop-down.
If Detect Changes Automatically is NOT checked, restart the app/bg services
Reproduce the issue and provide the app-ca.log for the time frame the issue was reproduced
Note: it may be required to also provide the .1, .2, .3 versions of the logs as well depending on how quickly the logs are overwritten.
Once the issue is reproduced, disable debugging:
