PAM Workflows showing exception errors when attempt to set values in a Interactive Request Form (that usually offers a list of valid values) after manually providing various values throughout the IRF. Error returned to soap call/operator:

This was seen while an IRF's Script was set to use a hardcoded database server.
The database server specified in several IRF's Scripts had to be changed to point to their new DB server. After doing this, checking in the updated automation object and starting new requests/forms the problem was resolved.
