Problems selecting report actions using Edge with OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

When trying to export/save a report using the Edge Browser, the Report Action drop downs appear all the way at the bottom of the window instead of next to the Action drop down arrow. (the action buttons also do something very odd and change shape).

Environment

• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
• Microsoft Edge

Cause

The problem only occurs using Edge, because Edge was configured to be in Internet Explorer mode.

Resolution

Returning Edge to default mode configuration corrects the display anomaly.
