All supported DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance (VNA) releases r21.2.4 and older
No subnet mask information is set in the information returned for a given IP Address.
This is being addressed by defect DE516719. A resolution is included in the r21.2.5 release. Upgrade to r21.2.5 or newer releases for a permanent solution.
The solution will be to bypass the parsing logic code for any IP Address returned without subnet mask details.
