Issue/Introduction

Entering the command CTRANSUM from a SYSVIEW task on an lpar with NO CICS regions, this generates the IXG231I message below:

likewise running the command from a job using the API the errors in the operlog are:

Resolution

Using the REXX clist, issuing the CICSLIST command first and insure that there is at least one CICS region with a STATUS of ACTIVE prior to issuing the CTRANSUM command.
