CEMELDAP fails to connect to DB2 due to SQLCODE -805

Issue/Introduction

After the installation of CEM maintenance, the CEMELDAP STC failed to start due to the following error:

DSNT408I SQLCODE = -805, ERROR:  DBRM OR PACKAGE NAME ZFNBNET1..DSNCLIQR.1B1A25AF0D88B410 

NOT FOUND IN PLAN DSNACLI. REASON 03

Cause

The DSNACLI plan was bound with an older version of the DSNCLIQR DBRM instead of the necessary version UI72589

Resolution

DSNCLIQR package in the DB2 Runtime SDSNDBRM library did not have the correct UI level of UI72589 to provide the correct conntoken.  The DB2 SMP/E Target SDSNDBRM library did have the correct version of DSNCLIQR(UI72589).  The customer re-copied the Target DB2 SDSNDBRM library to the DB2 runtime SDSNDBRM library, and then re-ran the bind for DSNACLI and the -805 was resolved.
