Issue/Introduction

When exporting the Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) scan logs, such as via ICDx or API, the duration listed on scan complete events shows as "duration": 0.

Cause

Broadcom is investigating the cause.

Environment

Exporting logs from the SES Portal

Resolution

Broadcom is currently investigating this issue and this document will be updated once a resolution is available.
