Groups missing in OI Capacity Analytics configuration page

Issue/Introduction

We are unable to see groups while trying to configure capacity Analytics in OI SAAS. 

We are encountering following error.

"Error Fetching data".

Beside this about issue, we have observed the following issues with capacity Analytics group configuration.

Groups which are enabled for capacity configuration are not visible in the groups tab in capacity analytics page.

Groups are available but no capacity information available even though they are configured earlier.

Release : 20.2

Component : CA DOI CAPACITY PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS

Cause

We have noticed one of the pre-populated fields is coming as "null" from the UI, which is causing these issues.

Resolution

OI DEV team has made a Fix. The fix is released in production OI SAAS environment on Nov 18th.
