This technical article documents an issue where the Operator Console Alarm Viewer columns "filter" icon is not visible for account contact users.

Suggested steps to resolve this issue:
1. Within the Account Admin Page, navigate to the impacted user(s) ACL and ensure the following Permission is selected:
- OC Modify Shared alarm filters
2. Save the changes and retest the scenario.
If the issue is still faced please continue with the below steps:
3. Access the Primary Hub System, go to the nimsoft directory and within the hub folder, open the "security.cfg". Ensure the following Permission (and value) is visible for the user(s) ACL:
- USM Modify Shared alarm filters = 1
4. Clear browser cache from ALL TIME, restart the browser and test the scenario.
