Issue/Introduction

When running a Policy Server, what are the special characters allowed
in Password Policies ?

Resolution

At first glance, all of the UTF-8 characters are allowed. There's a
known issue which is fixed on Web Agent 12.52SP1CR11 when using
Advanced Password Services (APS) (1).

More, as per documentation, User Stores are required to be configured
for UTF-8 (2).

And from the same page above, note that User Store on different vendor
version are required to support UTF-8.
