NMCDM TSO command not working after Solve:FTS upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded a SOLVE:FTS region from 12.1 to 12.2. Concurrently, the security system has been changed from NMSAF to NMSAFF.  

After the upgrade:

1. the NMCMD TSO command started failing, due to the following error:
   

   NMCMD applid 
   N95412 UNKNOWN PANEL FORMAT RECEIVED - REQUEST CANCELLED

   
   The MODEL GROUP for the userid has TSO AUTLOGON=Y and USER SERVICES MEMBER = $USERSER, where this last member is the product supplied one.  
2. If forcing the userid and its passphrase:
   

   NMCMD applid USER(user/passphrase)

   a different error is returned:
   

   INVALID CURRENT PASSWORD. RE-ENTER

Resolution

1. Set TSOMODEL YES and TSOPWD NO in the SXCTL parameter file
2. NMCMD doesn't support passphrase and there is no plan to support it
