IM - Admin Task with "none" object is failing

Issue/Introduction

Scenario:

An admin task is defined with a "none" object to trigger PX request. However, when the task is submitted a "java.lang.NullPointerException" error is returned.

 

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 14.4

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Cause

Programmatic Issue. 

The same logic and task defined with a "none" object is working in Identity Manager (IM) 14.3 version, but in 14.4 the task shows an associated event of "CreateScimCustomAttributesEvent"  rather than "none" and this is causing the task to fail with a ‘NullPointerException’

 

Resolution

Fix "HF-DE518161.zip" has been released for 14.4 and is available on request.
