Mac OS push details in the client dashboard does not indicate a reboot is required when it is

Issue/Introduction

Install client from SEPM to Big Sur Mac system. 

1. No indication of client to reboot until open the GUI and it displays message to reboot 

2. When view status on client on SEPM, via clients TAB, deployment message says installed by does not mention reboot required.

Resolution

Normally a client push does not require a reboot.
