ESP528E and new application generation can't be created

Issue/Introduction

After the event is triggered, new application generation can't be created.

Environment

Release : 11.4 & 12.0

Component : ESP Workload automation 

Resolution

Checked ESP STC and found ESP528E error message. Note: simulation shows same errors. When the schedule is changed, simulation should be done to make sure no errors show up.

After corrected the error in ESP Proc, the new application generation was created. Some errors can prevent the new generation to be created.
