Find and Reserve model failing intermittently in TDM Portal

Issue/Introduction

The F&R model fails intermittently with the reason 'One or more specified resource keys for test Data Model id: 4,621 do not exist in the environment id: 4,606'

Below are the steps:

1. Once the F&R tile is clicked, select the required row
2. Click on 'add to reservation'
3. Click on 'complete reservation'
4. Click on 'reserve' on the page 'items added to reservation'
5. Error message --> Error - One or more specified resource keys for test Data Model id: 4,621 do not exist in the environment id: 4,606

A fix has been provided in TDMWeb-4.9.368.0, or greater.
