Engines with long name do not generate TRC logs

Issue/Introduction

If Engine has a long name (> 32 characters), the logs TRC_<enginename>*.log are not generated

 

Example :

 

If engine has a name like :

 

Engine1_PROD_Saran1_AgentRegistration

 

the files TRC_Engine1_PROD_Saran1_AgentRegistration_*.log are not created.

Environment

Client Automation 14.0 SP2

Resolution

Open a Support Case at CA Broadcom requesting the fix T5SD211

A restart of caf is needed after installation of the fix.

 

This fix in included in Client Automation 14.0 SP3 and later
