Workitem delegation results in duplicates

Issue/Introduction

CA Identity Manager (IM) shows duplicate workitems.

Scenario, 

One workitem is assigned to qa_userA and qa_UserB. They both delegate the workitem to AdminUser. 

IM shows two workitems while IP (Identity Portal) shows unique workitems (in this case one workitem).

Cause

Design limitation.

Resolution

IM shows duplicate workitems and IP shows unique workitems.  This is a design limitation and it will be considered for enhancement in a later release.
