Populate from Assignment action is slow in classic UX

Issue/Introduction

 

SUMMARY: Populate from Assignment action is slow in classic UX while using group by attributes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Login to Clarity with appropriate rights
2. Navigate to Project --> Cost plan
3. Create a cost plan and populate from Assignments and have Resource, Role and Transaction class as grouping attribute

Expected Results: The creation of cost plan should be relatively faster

Actual Results: The creation of cost plan with large dataset takes about 2 minutes

Cause

This is a defect DE62993 and currently in review with engineering team 

Resolution

Workaround: Use modern UX to create cost plan
