We notice a memory leak in Spectrum after NCM captures for Huawei and Juniper devices

Issue/Introduction

After doing a NCM capture (both running and startup)  for Juniper of Huawei devices we notice a sharp increase in memory that does not flatten.  This memory leak keeps building over time.

Environment

Release : 10.4.2.2

Component : Spectrum Core 

Cause

Code fix by Engineering to resolve the leaking memory

Resolution

For Spectrum 10.4.2.2 please request patch d181a from Support.

 

Additional Information

This has been fixed out of the box in Spectrum 21.2.4

Symptom: Memory leaks are seen while capturing NCM start-up and running configurations.
Resolution: Fixed the Memory leaks observed while capturing NCM start-up and running configs. (DE508230, 32769387, 21.2.4)
