Environment Variable value lost at beginning of Uproc

Issue/Introduction

An environment variable is modified every time any Uproc is executed on the node.

It does not matter if we try to change the value on the server, it will always be erased.

Component: Dollar Universe

Version: 6.x

Cause

U_ANTE_UPROC customization setting this variable.
The U_ANTE_UPROC is executed before ("ANTE") the execution of an Uproc.

Resolution

Remove the statement from the U_ANTE_UPROC that was overwriting the value of the variable.
