need help installing CA PAM on a Mac OS for an employee

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to install the PAM 3.4.5 or 4.0.1 PAM Client on MacOS Big Sur - the installation window goes away and never installs.

No errors -> but installation Window disappears and installation never completes

Environment

Release : 3.4.2 and higher

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

MacOS Big Sur Appearance Mode set to "Dark Mode and or Auto Mode"

Resolution

On MacOS >> System Preferences >> General >>  

Here for Appearance -> they were in "Auto" mode, set to "Light Mode" - which resolved the issue.
