error when upgrade from v13 to v14.0
UpOPB4627S DD_OPSLOG data set failed to activate and will continue as an in-storage replacement grade from v13.0 to v14.0 and have this error
Environment
Release : 14.0
Component : OPS/MVS
Resolution
The sequence of messages, and the error reported indicate that this site was continuing to use an older log format that was replaced as of OPS/MVS release 12.3. With release 14.0 that older format will no longer work. So per the R12.3 Release Migration Guide found here: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-mainframe-software/automation/ca-ops-mvs-event-management-and-automation/12-3/release-notes/migration-information.html a new empty OPSLOG needs to be allocated. Once that task is completed the issue should not be encountered any fruther.
