SPC-OCC-10269: The web server is not available when trying to Launch Event Configuration Editor

Issue/Introduction

When I attempt to launch ECEditor I receive the following error:

When I checked the catalina.out I see the following error:

Cause

• A corrupt or improperly formatted Event configuration file will prevent ECE from loading.

Resolution

• Check the custom/Events/CsEvFormat and SG-Support/CsEvFormat folders on the One Click Server for anything out of the ordinary and move the problematic file(s) out of the folder.
• Close OneClick and restart Tomcat on the OneClick Server.
• Relaunch OneClick and see if you can launch the ECE.
