Autosys upgrade stuck at CA EEM Properties Validation: EE_NOTFOUND Object Not Found

Issue/Introduction

Customer was in a upgrading their Autosys Server to 12.01,  but at the screen to upgrade the CA EEM Policies,  customer gets an error on the step " CA EEM Properties Validation"

Cause

EEM server abcd.company.com was missing WorkloadAutomationAE application.  Autosys requires such application for it to function against EEM. 

Resolution

Create a new WorkloadAutomationAE  application / default AE policies by following the steps here: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=48276   and then re-run Upgrade
