Cannot create submission user from Univiewer Console: Access Denied

Issue/Introduction

After installing Dolalr Universe, it is not possible to create a submission with he error messge below.

Release : 6.x

Component : UVMS,UVC and DUAS

Cause

Environmental

Resolution

The version of the UVMS is lower than the version of the Dollar Universe Application Server node. Please make sure that the UVMS is on the same version or higher than the version of Dollar Universe Application Server.
