Spectrum to UIM Maintenance Sync Timezone Problem

Issue/Introduction

When adding devices to maintenance schedule on Spectrum and the schedules sync to UIM and I open the schedule in DX IM OC, the timezone is different. 

Both servers I have checked and they are using the exact same timezone.

UIM 20.33 - Spectrum 20.2.2 - spectrumgtw 8.69

 

Cause

Resolution

By default, the maintenance Schedules that are synced from Spectrum to UIM are stored on the UIM DB with timezone = UTC+0, regardless what the Timezone is set in Spectrum. 

So whatever time is defined in Spectrum it will be honoured in UIM, but in UIM it will show as GMT/UTC+0 time in the UIM Operator Console UI
