From UIM Admin Console > Sdgtw probe configuration > Service desk login password has been changed> So connection validation failed.
Will this Change CA service desk login password as well?

It should not .
The password used in sdgtw probe side is for creating connectivity with CA -SDM. So it should be the same password as configured in SDM
From SDM side (ex: CA Sevice Desk ), one/two users (Servicedesk and administrator mostly ) creates at the time of installation so that you can do initial login , rest of the user you can create post login in Service Desk based on your requirement .
If you can login into service desk using any analyst /admin user then you can search contact > there you will find all the users along with credentials details. Please check and verify from there.
