Project OBS filter behavior not the same on Project Tiles and Projects

Issue/Introduction

On Project Tiles, selecting an OBS shifts the selected OBS to the top of the list, and once selections have been made, hovering over the OBS filter field does not display the options that have been selected.  However, on the Projects List, OBS Units are selected inline and the checkbox beside the selected unit is ticked.  Once units have been selected, hovering over the OBS filter field displays the units that have been selected.  Why is the behavior different?

Resolution

This is due to the sections using different search modules. They serve different purposes, and there are no plans to replace one with the other.
