Issue/Introduction

F5 VPN does not auto connect if Symantec Web Security Service (WSS) is integrated with Endpoint Protection (SEP) mobile. SEP XNDC VPN needs to be disabled manually to connect with F5 VPN.
Access to F5 VPN was working before integrating WSS with SEP mobile.

Cause

After integrating SEP Mobile with WSS, SEP XNDC VPN is getting added under the VPN list and its selected by default.

Environment

SEP Mobile with WSS

Resolution

Selection of default VPN Profile in iOS devices Or in F5 VPN is out of SEP Mobile control/functionality. 
Customers may need to work with MDM on that or manually select a specific VPN profile as needed.
