Is there any process that can compare multiple Top Secret Security File (SECFILE) from different LPAR's or CPU's?

Top Secret provides no built in compare functionality or utility.  

IBM's SUPERC utility or some other standard compare facility can be used. against the output file of TSSCFILE TSS LIST(ACIDS) DATA(ALL).

TSSCFILE utility is used to dump the security records from the Top Secret Security File (SECFILE) to an output file.
