Issue/Introduction

Receiving error when generating Cost Plan using "Populate from Investment Team" action.

ERRORREVMGR-20728:Rates and Costs are both missing for one or more roles/resources.

Cause

One of the reasons this can happen is if the resource or resources are not financially enabled.

It is difficult to find all that may need to be financially enabled as those fields are not available to put in a power filter or show on the resource list page.

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CLARITY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Resolution
