UIM OI connector not sending Assignee field for some UIM Alarms to OI SAAS

Issue/Introduction

Our team is assigning UIM incidents to users as per their policy in UIM Operator Console , but this assignee information is not available in OI SaaS for some UIM alarms.

Release : 20.2

Component : CA DOI OI CONNECTOR

Cause

It seems like the UIM OI connector is not sending owner/assignee information for some UIM alarms to the OI SaaS. This is the reason the OI SaaS is not showing owner information for some UIM alarms.

Resolution

There is a possible solution but the UIM probe requires code change. This solution won't help until necessary changes are added on the OI SAAS side. There will be an enhancement request to implement these changes in the future.
