We have integrated restmon and OI for log events. We have high severity log events being sent from restmon and these show up in DX OI as a major level alarms.
We have a DX SaaS policy set up to send an email message on these alarms but we are not seeing emails:

Please do the test with policy setting "Trigger Alarm Notification" as "None".
In the policy, we already have selected the option of "Severity" as Major.
In this case "Trigger Alarm Notification" is not needed.
